The problem
Why fans arrive logged out
A tap on your bio link in Instagram or another social app usually opens inside the app's own in-app browser — not in Safari or Chrome, where your subscriber may already be signed in.
The in-app browser may not share that signed-in session, saved passwords or payment methods. So a fan who is ready to subscribe or renew can hit a login screen instead of your page, and has to remember a password in the middle of a scroll. Test your own link from each app you promote on, signed in and signed out, before deciding how big that problem is for your audience.
OpenOut's Pro breakout flow recognises supported in-app browsers and shows fans the way out before your page: an opening attempt on Android, a guided copy flow on iPhone, and the address to select by hand if copying is blocked. It can't guarantee the browser opens — platforms change that behaviour without notice. The details are on the Instagram in-app browser page and in the list of supported apps.
What you get
Built for creators who sell subscriptions
The same page builder everyone uses, plus the controls adult creators actually ask for.
18+ notice on links
Mark a link button or featured card as 18+. It stays blurred and can't be tapped until the visitor confirms they're 18 or older. A click-through notice, not age verification. Included on every plan.
Country rules
Show a link only in, or hide it in, the countries you choose. Rules are applied on the server from the visitor's network location, which a VPN can change. Pro and Agency.
Breakout from social apps
Recognise supported in-app browsers and offer a way into the fan's usual browser, where they may already be signed in: an opening attempt on Android, a guided copy flow on iPhone. Pro and Agency.
Clicks per platform
See which links get tapped, by source and device. A click is not a subscription — use your platform's own earnings data for that.
Every platform on one page
OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, your socials, a newsletter sign-up through your form provider — each as its own clearly labelled link.
Search visibility is your choice
Label your page as adult so SafeSearch filters it, hide it from search engines entirely, or protect it with a password. All optional, on every plan.
The rules
18+ is welcome. These are the rules.
Clear rules protect your page and every other creator on openout.app. They're a summary of our Terms of Service, which are binding.
- 01
Add the 18+ notice to adult links
Switch on "18+ / sensitive content" for each link button or featured card that leads to adult content or shows a suggestive preview. Short links and per-link breakout links to it open your page first, so visitors pass the notice before the destination.
- 02
Keep the page itself non-explicit
No nudity or explicit images, videos or text on your OpenOut page. Your profile picture, background, title and bio are visible before anyone confirms the notice. Explicit material stays on the platform you link to.
- 03
Adults only, with consent
You are 18 or older, and everyone depicted is an adult who consented. Anything involving minors, intimate images shared without consent or sexual deepfakes is removed and the account closed.
- 04
No in-person services
No offers or advertising of in-person sexual services, and nothing that facilitates exploitation or trafficking.
- 05
Follow the rules where you share
Instagram, TikTok and others restrict adult content and links. No OpenOut feature, the bot shield included, may be used to get around them.
The full wording is in §4 of the Terms of Service.
Instagram & TikTok
What a link tool can and can't do for you
Platform rules for adult content apply to your profile and your link, whichever tool sits in between.
What it won't do
No hiding, no guarantees
- Hide your destination from a platform's review — our Terms forbid it
- Make a link that a platform restricts acceptable
- Guarantee that a social app lets the browser open
- Tell you whether a click became a subscription
What OpenOut does
Organise, label and guide
- One page for every platform you're on
- An 18+ notice on adult link buttons and featured cards
- Country rules per link (Pro and Agency)
- Breakout with a copy-link fallback (Pro and Agency)
Two examples. TikTok's guidelines have prohibited promoting premium sexual content, and creators have reported bans for linking to adult platforms even through a link page. Meta's Community Standards on adult sexual solicitation restrict some content, including links to adult subscription sites, to viewers who are 18 or older. Read the current version yourself — platforms change these rules, and the wording, not a summary, is what they enforce.
For OFM agencies
Managing several creators?
The Agency plan covers up to 10 pages, each with its own handle, for $19/month.
Each creator gets their own page with Breakout, country rules and 90 days of analytics with CSV export. There are no separate team logins yet — all pages are managed from one account, so plan your access accordingly. Compare everything on the pricing page.
FAQ
Straight answers
Can I use OpenOut as an OnlyFans creator?
Yes. Legal adult creators are welcome, including creators on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue. The conditions are in our Terms: you're 18 or older, adult links on your page use the 18+ notice, the page itself stays non-explicit, and you follow the rules of the platforms where you share it.
Will Instagram or TikTok accept my OpenOut link?
We can't promise that, and no link tool honestly can. Each platform decides what it allows in a bio, and its rules for adult content and links apply no matter which tool sits in between. TikTok in particular has prohibited promoting premium sexual content, and creators have reported bans for linking to adult platforms through link pages. Using OpenOut to disguise where a link leads is against our Terms.
Why do fans land logged out when they open my link from Instagram?
Links tapped in Instagram or TikTok usually open in the app's own in-app browser. It may not share the signed-in session from Safari or Chrome, so a subscriber can see a login screen instead of your page. Opening the link in their usual browser can help. OpenOut's Pro breakout flow offers that step — an opening attempt on Android, a guided copy flow on iPhone — but it can't guarantee the browser opens.
Can I post explicit photos on my OpenOut page?
No. Explicit material stays on the platform you link to, which handles its own age verification. A suggestive preview belongs only in a link button or featured card with the 18+ notice switched on; your profile picture, background, bio and other blocks stay non-explicit because every visitor sees them first.
Can I hide my links in certain countries?
Yes, per link or featured card on Pro and Agency: show it only in, or hide it in, a list of countries. Location comes from the visitor's network, so a VPN or travel can change what they see — treat it as a filter, not a guarantee of privacy.
Is there a plan for OFM agencies managing several creators?
The Agency plan ($19/month) covers up to 10 pages, each with its own handle, with Breakout and CSV export on every page. There are no separate team seats yet: all pages are managed from one account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, free forever with no credit card: one page with up to 3 links, including the 18+ notice. Country rules, Breakout and unlimited links are on Pro ($9/month) and Agency.
