Billing questions
Can I switch between monthly billing anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal — changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your page and links stay intact.
Is tax included in the prices shown?
Prices are shown before tax. Stripe calculates and adds any applicable sales tax or VAT automatically at checkout based on your billing address.
Do you offer refunds?
Reach out to support within 14 days of a charge and we'll take a look — we handle refund requests case by case rather than promising a blanket policy.
How is payment handled?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. OpenOut never stores your card details.
